What is Vedic Meditation?
Vedic meditation is both ancient and modern. It eliminates stress from the nervous system and gives the body rest levels that are profoundly deeper and more beneficial than sleep.
You only need to practice it for 20 minutes, twice a day. You don't need to concentrate or focus. You don't need to worry about thoughts, noise or silencing your mind. Just close your eyes anywhere at anytime and let the technique silence your mind for you, easily and effortlessly. Relax in knowing that the benefits are endless, instantaneous and grow stronger each day.

My background
I have been meditating for over 20 years and teaching vedic meditation for 15 years all over the world.
I have been fortunate enough to have spent the past 18 years training with my teacher Thom Knoles, a long time protege to vedic master Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, throughout India, Australia and the USA.
I started meditating the 'vedic way' because of the anxiety I felt in my career as an actor, in my personal life and within my relationships. It relieved me of the anxiety and depression I felt during that time and I am grateful for the happiness, energy and ease I feel now. As a professional actor I found vedic meditation also relieved me of anxiety and tension on stage and on set and helped to bring me back to a stronger sense of moment-to-moment awareness and experience.
I then became a teacher because I wanted to help others heal themselves of their own stress, fatigue and anything holding them back from living a happy and fulfilled life. I look forward to enriching the lives of others by teaching this ancient technique. Though ancient in origin and over 5000 years old, vedic meditation continues to prove itself as the No 1 'stress buster' technique for today's busy, modern world.
